Getting the right size matters — but I’ll help you through it.

The best option is to be sized by a local jeweller using a band similar in width (around 6–7mm), or to send me a ring that already fits well.

Some designs can’t be resized once made, so it’s worth taking a bit of care here.

If you’re unsure at all, feel free to get in touch before ordering — it’s much easier to sort sizing upfront.

I usually select a width that suits the design and ring size — this works well for most people.

If you have a specific width in mind, you can note it when ordering.

All rings are made to order and shipped via Australia Post Express with insurance.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 weeks, though more complex designs may take slightly longer.

Tracking details are provided once your ring has been sent.

Each ring is made to order, so returns for change of mind aren’t generally offered.

That said, if something isn’t right — whether it’s the fit or the finish — I’ll work with you to sort it out.

Some designs can be resized, while others may need to be remade depending on the material. I’ll let you know the best option.
